Not My Cheat Day!

I know the moment you see something that says “diet” you just scroll past it, this will hardly take a minute. Diet doesn’t have to mean changing your entire food habits, just some. Below are 10 diet hacks which I have found working for me, maybe it will for you too.

1. Always eat food prepared at home. Since your body is used to home foods it digests easily, also there won’t be any harmful ingredients.
2. Before going out, eat and leave. This makes sure that you won’t be hungry and be tempted by outside food.
3. Learn to say no when someone offers you something to eat, no matter how delicious the food is or how close the person is to you. Alternatively you can carry a box, save that received food and eat later or give away.
4. Eat the things you like in moderation. Craving for a pizza? Go have it, just a slice though, once every 15 days.
5. If you are way to strict with your diet you will start hating life soon. Find healthier ways to make the things you like to eat.
6. Don’t binge eat. You can have up to 6 small meals spread at equal intervals per day than having three big meals, this way you won’t feel the need to snack in between.
7. There is no cheat day, only a cheat meal, which is a small reward you give yourself for being loyal to your body.
8. Try to have a balanced meal and choose healthy foods over junk.
9. Always look at the nutrition facts label before you buy any product, if you find it is high in fat and carb content, put it down.
10. Exercise regularly and diligently.

At the end of the day we all want to be healthy and good looking, for that we have to invest a little something.
